I just bought some black drawing paper. And it pwns! I love the way the colours stand out.
As a sort of test, I decided to draw the Symbiant from Skyland, cus he was such a nice energy coloured blue. Didn't use a reference pic, as I kind of wanted to just let my imagination do what it wanted. So... it kind of came out looking a sparkly Minotaur. But then, Symbiant almost looks like that anyway.
